Gold Medal for Finca el Origen in Vinandino 2011

Finca el Origen, the Argentinean winery, which belongs to Viña Santa Carolina, Chile; was honored for its wines in the 10th edition of Vinandino. The award ceremony took place last Friday, at Sheraton Hotel in Mendoza, Argentina. The wine Finca el Origen Gran Reserve Malbec 2009 obtained Gold Medal.

 

 

 

Mendoza, September 26, 2011– Finca El Origen (www.fincaelorigen.com), the Argentinean winery of “Viña Santa Carolina”, Premium wine producer of Chile; was awarded Gold  medal for its wine in the 10th edition of Vinandino,  the contest organized by the National Institute of Viticulture (“INV”) and the Federal Council of Investments, counted on the presence of outstanding national and international judges, who represented a great number of wine producing and consuming countries. The jury awarded the wines Finca el Origen Gran Reserve Malbec 2009 with Gold Medal.

 

Grapes of this recognized wine are from La Esperanza Vineyard, located in the Upper Uco Valley, Mendoza, at the foothills of the Andes Mountains, at 3.000 feet above sea level.
