Gonzalo Bertelsen was appointed General Manager and Chief Winemaker of Finca El Origen. Winemaker agronomist specialized in Viticulture and Enology at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Gonzalo showed great leadership and teamwork ability working as a winemaker in Terramater and Caliterra (Chile) and alternating crops with France (Bordeaux, Languedoc Roussillon), Spain (Campo de Borja), USA (Napa Valley), Australia (Adelaide Hills, McLaren Vale) and Argentina. In 2006 he started a Masters in Enology at The University of Adelaide, Australia, graduating in 2007.

After his long journey through the most prestigious wine regions of the world and his extensive experience in the international wine market, Gonzalo decides to settle in Mendoza, Argentina, where he was recently appointed General Manager of Finca el Origen.
